The Colorful Mahane Yehuda Market

I had been to Jerusalem dozens of times but it was only now that I really had the chance to visit the Mahane Yehuda Market because I made it part of our itinerary.  In the past, the market would have been closed when we finish the tour of the day.

It is commonly known as the shuck and you can find a lot of stuff from dry goods to food like fruits, sweets, my favorite Cheese (all types) and a lot more.  I will show more of the photos that I took to give you an idea of what this famous market has to offer.

I wanted to buy each type of Tea! I love teas but had to settle for just a couple for it won’t fit in my luggage 🙂

I bought a couple of Tea from this store – its a combination of some herbs some to naturally relieve some illness like asthma, insomnia, flatulence etc
